Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Purchased within the last 30 days
  • Unused or gently used (woods tested only)
  • In original packaging with all tags and labels attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or heavily used products unless defective.

How to Return an Item

  4. Ship It Back: Drop off your package at any authorized shipping location using our prepaid label.
  5. Get Your Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Refund Method & Timeline

Refund Method: All refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Return Shipping Costs

International Returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.

Defective/Damaged Items: We cover all return shipping costs and will send a replacement or full refund immediately.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Final sale or clearance items (marked as final sale at time of purchase)

After Shipping: Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled but can be returned following our standard return policy once received.
