Shipping Information
At The Canadian Pine Company, we take pride in delivering your luxury woods quickly and securely. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
🇬🇧 UK Shipping Only
We currently ship exclusively to addresses within the United Kingdom.
- Standard Shipping (3-5 business days): £5.95
- FREE Standard Shipping: On orders £75 and above
📦 Delivery Coverage: We deliver to all UK addresses including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. Standard delivery available to most UK postcodes.
Order Processing
Orders placed before 2:00 PM GMT on business days will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM GMT or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.

You can track your order anytime by visiting our Track Order page or using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.
Shipping Restrictions
We ship to all addresses within the United Kingdom. Please note the following restrictions:
- Some remote areas may require additional delivery time
- P.O. Boxes may have limited delivery options
- BFPO addresses are accepted for UK military personnel
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or if your order is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at info@canadianpine.com or call +44 1782 814409.
We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and will either send a replacement or provide a full refund.
Delivery Signature
For orders over £150, we require an adult signature (18+) upon delivery to ensure your valuable purchase arrives safely.
